• ABSTRAVEL.com (the "Site") is owned and operated by ABS Travel & Tours ("ABS Travel"), and Action Business Services Group, Inc. for your personal non-commercial use only. ABS Travel's offices are located in the State of California, USA. A California CST 2089270-10 and Florida ST-21494 ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS. The services that ABSTRAVEL.COM provides to you are subject to the following Terms of Use (TOU). ABSTRAVEL.COM reserves the right to update the TOU at any time without notice to you. The most current version of the TOU can be reviewed by clicking on the "Terms" hypertext link located at the bottom of our Web pages.
• * Additional taxes/fees for U.S. outbound international flights: Departures from Miami unless noted otherwise, & do not include Passenger Facility Charges of up to $18 which may be collected depending on itinerary. All international fares are subject to U.S. departure, agricultural, immigrations, customs taxes/surcharges of up to $40. Fares do not include September 11th security fees of up to $10, which may be collected depending on the itinerary. For travel to some countries, additional airport, transportation, embarkation, security, duty, equalization, & passenger service taxes/surcharges up to $48 will apply depending on destination. For return travel from some countries, fares do not include airport and/or departure taxes up to $35 which may be collected by the foreign government. Additional taxes apply for each stopover.
  Domestic or flights originating outside of the U.S. may have other taxes/fees. Taxes collected on the ticket are shown on the reservation, except where local airport taxes are collected at check-in time. Please note that a booking service fee may apply in addition to the cost of your ticket.
  Other conditions: Subject to availability. Cannot be combined with any other offer. Other significant restrictions may apply. Fares must be booked online. Fares are not guaranteed until ticketed.
• Certain areas of the Site may be governed by additional, more specific agreements to which you must agree before using those areas of the Site. The specific agreements and this general agreement shall apply equally. In the event of any irreconcilable inconsistency between a provision of a specific agreement and this Agreement, the specific agreement's provision shall apply.
• If you are not at least 18 years old you may not use the Site without adult supervision. You warrant that you are at least 18 years old.

Your Acceptance of This Agreement:

Termination of this Agreement:

This Agreement is effective until ABS Travel terminates it. If at any time you determine that you do not accept all the terms and conditions of this Agreement, you must immediately discontinue use of the Site and destroy all materials and copies of materials obtained from the Site.

If ABS Travel determines that you have not complied with any party of this Agreement, it may terminate your access to the Site and any services provided by the Site. Any termination of this Agreement removes your authorization to access or use the Site and requires you to destroy all electronic or other materials and copies of such materials obtained from the Site. However, in the event of termination, you will still be bound by your obligations under this Agreement including the warranties made by you, and by the disclaimers and limitations of liability.
