Please include the TRAVELER NAME, CONFIRMATION NUMBER, and any other pertinent information; such as "Need to exchange to the following itinerary and dates", etc. We remind you that most economy, and some business class tickets are NON-REFUNDABLE, and carry FEES FOR VOLUNTARY EXCHANGES. If in doubt, contact us and we will let you know the airline policy toward exchanges and refundability for your tickets.
